Here is a link to an online article about some homes managing to hold off being foreclosed on at least for during the holidays.It seems that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are suspending some scheduled foreclosures until mid January 2009 while they re-evaluate those home loans.
I'm sure that this is a welcomed gesture for the 16,000 homes and the families that live in them!
