If Your Home Is Up For Foreclosure.............

If your home is up for foreclosure then it is a matter of public record - which means that other people will know that your home is up for foreclosure.

If this is the case with you then you may start to receive mail offering help with your foreclosure and a lot of this mail will be coming from lawyers who will be soliciting you for business.

Here is an example of such a mailing:

Now remember, the above mailing solicitation is from a legal firm or lawyer who has read or seen that your property is currently in foreclosure and they are sending you this mailing because they have read it.

If you can not afford a lawyer then you should try to find out if there is free legal help available in your area.

You should be very wary of these kinds of solicitations if you get them and you should seek out more legitimate ways of finding help to help you save your home from foreclosure.

I do realize that there may be some of you that do not have a lawyer and in that case you should seek out help from a legitimate lawyer referral agency - which you should be able to find in your local yellow pages.
